💡 The Idea

Hi Chris,
Are there any plans to support testing apprise locally with localstack for aws specific integrations such as SES and SNS (by passing endpoint_url)? I tried looking for such a config in the code but couldn't find it. This would be very useful for testing locally and in CI/CD pipelines.
