No one has suggested making the workshop longer in feedback. However, we need more time and cutting content isn't working. If we add more time and frame it as adding in break time, this may be more palatable. Break time currently takes away at least 15 minutes and realistically more, such that the workshop is not 3 hours long.

Sadly, we can't do this now because all events have been scheduled for Q2. Will consider for Q3 if timing problems persist.

I'd support an extension like this - we had 8 participants so had to have two groups of 4 (the discussion activities don't really work with just 2 people!) and we really struggled to keep within the time; an extra 30 minutes would have made all the difference.

In particular, we just couldn't get through activity 0 in 20 minutes with that group size; we also found that "The Learner Experience: Challenges and Opportunities" at the start of module 2 was at least 15 minutes rather than 5 if you expanded on any of the points rather than just reading through them. Finally, with only a 3h lesson, the lost 10 minutes at the very start while you wait for latecomers and everyone gets set up has a significant impact (let's be realistic, you can never start right on time :-)
