  • Background: With lesson infrastructure, there is the challenge of identifying things that need to be updated, involving the appropriate stakeholders and making progress on projects. Some changes are bug fixes, but others are features or changes that would make the lesson templates more accessible and usable to maintainers, developers, instructors and learners. How can we decide what to work on, how and what to implement, set and achieve milestones and evaluate the success and lessons learned of the project. This is a proposal of how the lesson infrastructure committee, staff and sub-communities and the community as a whole of the Carpentries can keep lesson infrastructure working and be proactive in implementing needed or desired features.
