Currently, locking to a pubkey needs is done via the command "cashu send --lock " which then parses the lock (very ugly).

It would be better if there was a separate command just for locks, such as "cashu lock p2pk --timelock --refund ".

The current command "cashu lock" can be deprecated as "cashu locks" does the same thing.
