This PR is a ECASH HACKDAY project

It implements:

A Strike Lightning backend
A new endpoint GET /melt to get a USD quote for an outgoing Lightning payment
Changes all wallet denominations to USD and breaks everything else

Todo:

do not break everything
check payment status
build on the great cleanup
Properly implement GET /melt
