Changi Coffee Corner - Home Barista Coffee Workshop

Curious as to how your favourite latte is made? Join us, as we discover the complexities of espresso and how you can bring this experience home.

This 2 hour session includes hands-on experience with the operation of an espresso machine, including the opportunity to froth your own milk and pour your own latte art.

Programme:

  • Trainer Introduction
  • What is Coffee?
  • Rise of Speciality Coffee - Introduction to espresso
  • Interaction of Milk and Coffee
  • Hands-on
  • Q&A

The session will be held in ROOT Cove, up to 8 pax.

Joseph is a dedicated barista and is always on the lookout for ways in which taste in the cup can be improved. He places an emphasis on understanding the science behind every step taken in the production of coffee from bean to cup, and how it influences flavour. More importantly, he hopes to share his passion and love for coffee with others, in an effort to inspire them to start brewing their own coffee which would grow and build the community of home brewers.

Logistics involved would be transport of the espresso machine and grinders, in addition to the supply of coffee beans and milk. This will be handled independently by Changi Coffee Corner members.
