Describe the bug

Lifting mechs will never use their "SMASH" special attack that's in their JSON when you try to melee your enemies, it would instead only use its normal melee attacks. I tried reducing the ability's cooldown but it still wouldn't work.
On a side note, I also notice this happening to all rideable monsters where they would their special attacks the moment you ride them.

How I expect it to be:
Lifting mechs would occasionally trigger its special attacks when you try to melee an enemy while riding one, I would imagine it would be like martial arts techniques but with more cooldowns.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Obtain a lifting mech from a lab finale or just debug it in.
  2. Ride the mech.
  3. Find a tough enemy.
  4. Beat the devil out of him using only melee.
  5. Notice that no matter how much you attack the enemy, special attacks would never trigger.
