We detect backups as "Copy" using two checks:

  • If "defaultToFSBackup" is set
  • If there are PodVolumeBackup resources associated with a backup.

All other backups are marked as "Snap". But if you find that a Restic backup is marked as "Snap" incorrectly, can you provide the backup name and the user account in which the backup was done?
