Use UV to set up and install environment (which will install Python if not already installed)
Create UV environment file to use for lesson
get api keys for EIA and EPA
have a github account? (see depending on later lessons)
set up the git CLI
launching a jupyter notebook
get lesson data (download direct or clone repo?)
add pre-reqs

Out of scope:

add env variables (currently in episode 3)
