Integrate sqlite_to_duckdb into the pudl.convert subpackage.
Create a sqlite_to_parquet script that respects our existing dtypes and constraints.
Integrate the censusdp1tract_to_sqlite transformation into Dagster explicitly
Refactor materialize_asset to use click, integrate with our actual CLI and make it more flexible
Create a top-level pudl CLI with subcommands encompassing the other CLI modules.
