I appreciate the integration of schedule 8C of EIA-923 into PUDL. However, it looks like not all columns from this table are currently integrated, and some of these columns are ones that we use for OGE. In particular:
"Hours In Service" for all emissions controls (pudl currently only includes fgd_hours_in_service)
"NOX Emission Rate May Through September" - this is the ozone season nox rate, and could be called something like ozone_nox_rate
We do not currently use particulate data, but I also noticed that the particulate removal efficiency columns are also not yet integrated.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please add these columns to core_eia860__scd_boilers and out_eia__yearly_boilers

We currently manually load this data from the raw EIA-923: https://github.com/singularity-energy/open-grid-emissions/blob/83bdce8f08d6120a3f66f60bdfd79cf9ec42d748/src/oge/load_data.py#L987
