Setup testing framework that is integrated with webpack.

See https://github.com/davezuko/react-redux-starter-kit for an example of webpack integration.

Base off of branch for #5 (if not merged yet).

Write a test for src/main.js - verifying that the root element gets its innerHTML set properly.
