I copy this executable to the linux image generated by firemarshal. However, while I run it, it triggers a illegal instruction exception. I check the assembly instructions of this executable, the exception happens at "csrr a0,hpmcounter3". I have already enabled perf counters in the configs generating SoC in chipyard.
