Cancel button missing in the facebook login page

Hello,

I was successfully able to compile and run the app. I was surprised to see no cancel button on the facebook login page. I am making an app with several way of logging in and want to use openfb for the facebook login. I want to give the user the option to cancel the facebook login and get back to the app without entering their credentials, so as to maybe select another way of loggin in.
In the the native iOS SDK there is a cancel button [cross button on the top left]. How can I get such a dialog with openfb ? Your help is highly appreciated.
