Provide a way for journald2graylog to replace the journald _HOSTNAME value with a provided alternative value when it is equal to localhost. Useful when the host is actually configured with localhost as it's hostname and there is no way for you to change it, or when you want to send the early os bootup logs which happened before the hostname was set during the boot process.
