Make the CDEvents meeting link more easy to find

When folks want to come and check out what CDEvents is, it is a harder concept to fully understand, and attending the meetings is important for questions, etc.

Going to the https://cdevents.dev/community/ it is not obvious where to register/sign up for the community meeting and see what time it is on, therefore I propose we make it more easier to find and have a proper link on the page.
