Нужна возможность регистрировать ресурсы со стандартным (REST) api доступом

$bulder->apiResource('/resource', ResourceHandler::class);

Этот ресурс хэндлер должен реализовывать некий интерфейс и все http post идут на один метод, http get на другой и так далее
