Looks like current version is not ready to buiod documentation using latest sphinx

Celery do not support sphiinx 6.1 yet as far as I know

That is wht I wrote 😋
Sphinx 6.1.x is available more than mont. It would be good to update conf.py.
It looks like some change around intersphinx_mapping is needed.
