Feature request - low priority: Would be great to add support for decoding proposals using contracts verified on celoscan from within celocli governance:show. If you look at https://celo.stake.id/?#/proposal/157 - the tool fails to show ANY proposal abi info because one tx is a curve op, and Curve is only verified on celoscan. Verification on either should be enough to show that tx; and if a tx cant be decoded then it should show the details for the other txs that can. 🙏

We should work on this next time there is a proposal live on mainnet
