Skylanders Imaginators: Custom Skylanders Profiles / Gallery in general just showing black screen

Current Behavior

The bug in Skylanders Imaginators is very easy to spot, I have no idea if it's just happening to me. You load up on emulated Skylanders portal / real Skylanders portal, and when you put down a creation crystal and make your own character, it won't let you name your character like in the original game, and the main characters you create profiles should be there, but it is missing! aka just a black screen.

If you take a photo of your Skylander regardless being Sensei or Imaginator, it will also appear with a black screen.

Expected Behavior

I expected for my imaginator to appear which it did, I got to create the look, but the name was missing, and so was the profile picture and gallery photos which were meant to be there.

Steps to Reproduce

Load up Skylanders Imaginators (Make sure portal plugged in first)
Go to the game and put down the creation crystal onto the portal of power
Creation Crystal loads and you choose a battle class
You create how you want your imaginator to look
go to personality and you will see the name is missing
when you finish setting up your imaginator, in the bottom left screen you will see the profile missing, and when you take selfies the gallery itself is also a black screen
