Change graph with mean values to Scale type questions

It should be apparent what are the minimum and maximum values for each of the questions found on the graph.

The ideal solution would be to add a lighter coloured stacked bar to indicate the values from the mean point to the maximum.

If the minimum value is above zero, then the bar should ideally start from that value as that is the smallest mean value possible.
