Ceph Giant doesn't seem to properly start mds

When setting the version attribute to giant and running the test, it freezes when trying to mount cephfs. The ceph-mds daemon is running, but there aren't any mds lines from ceph -s.

I'm not familiar with these cookbooks, but it could be that it needs updating for 'fs new' (http://ceph.com/docs/master/cephfs/createfs/)

Looks like we should make some LWRPs to help make the pools and the ceph fs.
