The city_name column of users.parquet contains also country names which needs to be fixed.

Add bash script to create users table

Created this script because the multiplex release has issue as discussed in #3 on user locations

Can be corrected with the added script which only keeps users which are matched to a city for now otherwise we will have countries as cities in the dataset.
