Wenn jemand die Abteilung um Beitritt anfragt sollten die Machtefs und Admins ein Mail erhalten, dass jemand einen Beitritt angefragt hat.

Ich werde mich um eine Email-Adresse von Cevi Tools kümmern. Dann können wir das in die Cloud functions hinzufügen.
