Wrong URL on Github overview page

Hi. Your overview page (https://github.com/cfrg) gives a link to "https://irtf.org/cfrg".

AFAICT, the correct URL is "https://www.irtf.org/cfrg.html".

(I couldn't find a better way of reporting this than raising an issue on this empty repository. Oh well, it's not like this issue is at all important or urgent ...)
