The ruffus web site along with the repo has been handed over to the cgat developers.
Are you noticing any particular problems?
Not that the docs do not need some TLC and that the project would not benefit from hosting at GitHub.io or readthedocs...

If i may add to this:
The site is also very outdated. It still shows the 2.6.3 as newest version on
http://www.ruffus.org.uk/history.html

edit: Let me rephrase. The changelog is outdated, which let me first to think that the project was not updated in a long time/might not be maintained anymore.

Well, not just the changelog; the front page points to Google Code instead of GitHub, and still has a copyright date of 2015.

Hi all, I will look into updating this and possibly moving the docs to read the docs. The documentation needs updating so if you have any further suggestions let me know.

I have hosted docs on read the docs (and now have a webhook to keep docs up to date with repository) and added links and updates to the README. Over the next week or so im going to be slowly updating the documentation.

I was just looking into this, I have had a look at our cgat wiki and cant find any information regarding admin info for ruffus.org.uk. Maybe @AndreasHeger , @Charlie-George @david-cgat may have an idea? Would it be in the information that @sebastian-luna-valero handed over?
