Upgrade CI to use Xcode 15.0 #114

When run locally, all is fine. However, when we run the tests with Xcode 15 on macos-13 GH runners, the tests fail with no output.

  • Using ios_unit_test does work.
  • The problem does not appear on the Ubuntu runner.

Related to #113.
