can not run any 'peer' commands from peer containers.

Hello!
I was trying to deploy a scaled-raft network with the minikube on my local machine. and I'm getting this error while I run the normal peer commands.

I've successfully completed the channel workflow and I was checking if I can see if my peers are part of any channel so I ran command 'peer channel list' and I got the following output.

do you know what might be causing this issue?
