This works when there is single local package in the packages but with multiple local packages I get below error.

Error: building "amd64" layer: installing apk packages: error getting package dependencies: solving "keycloak-bitnami=26.0.7-r0" constraint: could not find constraint "keycloak-bitnami=26.0.7-r0" in indexes
