(SIM_Move - /data/mta/Script/SIM_move) Data not filled since Feb 2023

In searching for requirements for config_mon / dums_mon violation emails, found that the Sim_Move data set has not been updated since around Feb 2023. here are the filetimes

there is no sim_movement.cron file in the Logs directory.

Issue could related to failure to generate the xtmpnew file of processed dumps file used in config_mon/Dums_mon
