The online man pages for powerman at https://linux.die.net/man/1/powerman (IMHO one of the "canonical" sources for Linux man pages, and the first page listed in a Google search) reference the very old http://sourceforge.net/projects/powerman project. It also has the https://linux.die.net/man/7/powerman-devices page which is "convenient" (I don't see this in this Git repo anymore), but is woefully outdated and should be removed.

Unfortunately, I can't offer suggestions on how to get updated man pages to linux.die.net, even after looking around that site. I confirmed that installing a new powerman RPM on EL8 gets uptodate packages and the RPM correctly lists the github chaos/powerman project as the upstream source, so that isn't the problem.
