Add support for -a and -A to disable no_dotfiles

Context: muscle memory, especially for ls, is hard to break.

I've set no_dotfiles to true in my config; it would be nice to have -a and -A to flip that as per:

  -a, --all                Do not ignore entries starting with .
  -A, --almost-all         Do not list implied . and ..
