Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Soft Serve only supports README files in the root directory.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support README files in any other than the root directory.

  • /docs/
  • /.github/
  • /.gitlab/
  • etc...

Describe alternatives you've considered
It's also good to support only docs/README.md.
