Could you please update docs and add specific instructions for upgrading from 1.30.x to 1.31.x?

I just found out that actually there is docs for upgrading from 1.30.x to 1.31.x (https://ubuntu.com/kubernetes/docs/1.31/upgrading) but there are not just updated links to the docs on the page https://ubuntu.com/kubernetes/docs/upgrading.
