Idea: investigate integration with atomicswap project

Is it possible to integrate with or use ideas from https://github.com/decred/atomicswap to connect Stellar to several chains it supports?

hi @xaur, wow I hadn't seen this decred project before ..

looks like all the supported chains are bitcoin based and work in similar ways. definitely it would be possible to have both this tool support those chains and i'd imagine the decred tool to support swaps with stellar.

i will take a look at it in depth when I have some time.
