Minor: Where is the URL for Chef Management Console?

Went through a fresh install of Chef Server ... after installing opscode-manage, didn't see the URL to go to. Would be great to just put a mention (e.g. - go to http://localhost on the box) a few places in the docs (in the standalone install section, as well as the managment console high level topic).
