delivery local lint works but automate server lint fails

I have a class defined for a custom profile.But there is no comment given on top of the class.

$delivery local lint -> says no offenses detected

But when I submitted to the automate pipeline i.e delivery init, it fails at linting phase with an error message briefly 'The top-level class documentation missing'. This got solved as soon as I keep comments for the class.

I would have loved solving this before submitting to the automate server.

Is it inconsistency between local delivery run and server delivery run?
