輸入法功能表中的「設定新酷音輸入法」沒有反應 #117

從輸入法功能表中點選「設定新酷音輸入法」，
但是沒有任何反應，所以無法調整輸入法的相關設定。
上面的「關於新酷音輸入法」也是點選後沒有任何反應。

輸入方面的功能運作良好。

系統是Windows 8.1 x64，
我是用git取得code自行編譯，不知道是不是這個關係。
