Update event timeline info to note difference between online & in person #518

The timeline in this section: https://chihacknight.org/about.html#what-happens is roughly accurate for online events but the timeline for in person is a bit different (presentation starts around 6:30), I think we should update the page to differentiate and clarify what to expect depending on event format
