We should include some basic checks on the data transformation process after its been done.

some simple checks include:

  • totaling up the number of projects across all 3 sources and confirming the final count matches
  • ditto for kilowatts
  • include abp_compare.py as part of the data update process, which checks for missing project ids in the ABP data
