Problem Description
The text format buttons (left, center, right, justify) should be visually interactive.

Actual Behavior

Text format buttons have no visual feedback on hover or on selection, and cannot be focused.

Expected Behavior

  • Text format buttons should be colored #7F40BF on hover
  • They should have a #7F40BF focus ring on focus
  • They should have a gray outline when active.
