With App I'd my device say ERR_IO_WALLET_INSTANCE_INTEGRITY_FAILED..

How I can solve?

I'm assuming from the error code that you are trying to use the IO app (Italian public services app).

That app requires strong integrity, which as you see from your screenshot you don't have. In general, it will never work on devices with unlocked bootloader (unless you use TrickyStore with an unbanned keybox, but that is another story) .
