Not passing legacy device or any new checks on 18.6

I've updated to 18.6 and followed the new instructions, but I'm still not passing device checks on legacy and I don't even pass basic for the new ones. I've tried with and without Tricky Store (default settings) and the fork too, no luck. Before the new checks were active, I was passing basic and device checks. I'm on Android 13 on a OnePlus 7 Pro running the Pixel Experience ROM.
