release to supermarket

I was looking in the supermarket for the link to the source code after looking around I found it here and was gonna create a PR to add the source and issue URLs but I realize it is already added it has not been pushed to the supermarket in a very long time. The latest version on the supermarket is 1.0.0 where the newest version in the repo is 2.9.10.

Actually it looks like its still 1.0.0 but there are tags for 2.9.10 was that a typo?

Good catch, the 2.9.10 tag is meant to be 0.2.10! I just fixed it.

The master branch of this repo currently holds a workaround for issues with Chef 13 (6bca371) which is not released yet (and would require a version bump to 2.0.0 as it will break existing setups). I'm not entirely satisfied with the current fix and I'm reluctand to release it in the current state - the discussion can be followed in #20

The current comporimise is to have the intermediate Chef-13 fix in master, so one can use it manually, but not having the actual code released yet.
