This is mainly to have a sane default. If none of

  • FORGET_DAILY
  • FORGET_WEEKLY
  • FORGET_MONTHLY
  • FORGET_YEARLY

are set, skip the restic forget in restic-backup.service (or more precisely, in restic-backup-helper's forget action).
