Failure to index NuGet packages when the item in the package is large (>4GB)

I have a number of NuGet packages that containing a single database file of 4GB's or larger.
These large database files appear to be failing to be indexed.
Previous versions of the package that contained a 3GB database successfully indexed, but since the size increased to 4GB's, no new version are added.
