Turn off parts of UI

Hi! So I'm trying out Klondike. It's looking good, but there are parts of the UI I'm not using and I would like to turn them off as they are just distracting.
The Symbols menu, the Admin menu.. I guess the API could be useful some time.
But Symbols and Admin, I want to turn those off. A setting in Settings.config?
I'd like to be able to remove the "Sign In" option as well, as I'm using an API key for publishing, and anyone else can access my repo, just not edit anything.
