Option to configure background color?

This is a pretty dumb config option request (maybe there's a custom css option instead?)

but it would be nice to change the background color of fluffy - the specific use case I have in mind is to be able to quickly distinguish between the public and an internally hosted version of fluffy, to make it harder to paste things into the wrong fluffy :P

(side question: is there a docs page for settings.py? I poked around before making this ticket but couldn't see anything)

It could be cool I guess. I'd rather define a few color-schemes that look good rather than make it free-form though.

On a practical note, it could be confusing that all your existing pastes/uploads would still have the old background color. I'm not sure if it would be worth changing.
