Add ability to remove a school to non-conference w/o losing historical aspect

We want to keep the stats from previous years from all schools but also be able to change who shows up on the "Teams" link. Right now, if you remove a team from the system, it removes that name from the "Teams" link but it also removes those players associated with those schools from the site as well. We would like to be able to keep the stats from those schools in the system without really being able to "see" the school since they are no longer in the league. For example, North Metro, Good Shepherd, Faith Rochester, and Schaeffer are no longer in the league. I would like to be able to remove them from the official list that everyone sees since they are no longer associated with our league. At the same time we want to preserve their stats from prior years if that makes sense. These schools change from time to time- although for the most part they are pretty static. Right now, there is a place to add a new school so that isn't an issue. We would just need some way to change the schools that are in the site and determine which are our current member schools and only have those schools show up on the "Teams" link on the top bar of the site
