Firefox and chrome it works, IE 11 it does not.

[Parchment] Invalid definition
quill.js (567,9)

'Quill' is undefined

I have the newest version of polymer quill 1.2.6
and the newest version of quill 1.3

From what I understand quill is supported for IE11.

Does Quill work for you on both Firefox and chrome . for me it only working in Firefox

@chuckh it has Invalid argument errors for me in IE11.
